Refuses to give me documentation that they did warranty work on washing machine WHICH THEY WERE PAID FOR BY SPEED QUEEN, by their own admission.

The machine is obviously a LEMON and the manufacturer will replace it, but these guys did not include my name, serial number or address - apparently - when they submitted to get paid because the company has no record of any repairs to my machine.

They REFUSE - flat out refuse - to give me documents saying they came to my house and did repairs because "you're not paying us so I have no documents to give you! Get them from the company!"

Absolute idiots!  RUN RUN RUN and DO NOT USE

Extreme was called I'm to repair my ice maker in my refrigerator but they lied to the warranty company and said they fixed it. They lied and my warranty company paid them. Never use Select Home  Warranty for Warranty. They are not reliable or very good at customer service. Both companies scam you out of money and are not reliable.

My mother had them send out a repair man to repair an oven.    The repair man talked her into upgrading.   She bought a "New" oven from this company and it has never worked.    When she called them back, he told her it could not be fixed.  She told him he needed to replace it,   The "gentleman" hung up and hasn't returned a call since.    These guys are crooked and shouldn't be in business.

Be very careful...scam associated with this company. Four better business bureau complaints  multiple instances of taking advantage of consumers. Keeping money paid for parts, requiring service charges for repeat visits. And currently has pending lawsuit against the owner. He is doing business in his name only because he has not renewed his DBA registration since December20, 2020. Find another repair service.

Do not use Lionel Rios of Extreme Appliance Repair.  He charged me $420 to get a part and when he couldn't get the part, he did not return my money.  I repeatedly requested my money back, but he did not return it.  Basically I was charged for a service I did not receive.

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!! These 1 star ratings are the exact experience we had for our small business. We called them out for a dryer repair. They came same day. They informed us that we needed additional parts, and insisted we pay the $330 invoice IN ADVANCE.  We refused to pay for an incomplete  repair, so we paid them the $75 for a service call, and we were informed that they would be back out on Monday to finish the repair. They did not return the following business day or answer our phone calls. We called another dryer repair company out, and they informed us that the parts Extreme Appliance Repair told us that we needed, we actually did not need. I do not see how Extreme Appliance Repair is still in business.
<complaint>This is the most crooked business I have ever seen. All the reviews about being scammed, being price, gouged, and doing a bad job are all correct. They came out to my house and immediately told me I needed an extra part
To install my stove top. They return later to install the stove top and I kept asking where the part was and he said he had it. I let them work. The stove top is installed. He showed me how it turned on and it worked properly, but he managed to do the "smoke &mirrors trick on me" when I wanted to look under the cabinet for the extra part. He pointed out what looked like a new coil that wires would run through and got my attention elsewhere. After he left, I looked under only to see that that part had wires running out of it not securely positioned like most electrical work is done. A lot of tape was wrapped around the wires. And for this, he also charged me an extra amount for installation because it was an electrical appliance he was installing.AND he wanted cash. Now I have to call an electrician to finish the wiring correctly.

THIS IS A SCAM! We called him out to repair our commercial dishwasher he took money for the part he needed and it's been 4 months and he's blocked our numbers. We're taking this to small claims court he took advantage of a small family owned business in the middle of a pandemic where we're barely holding on!!

Do not use this business. I contacted them for warranty repair work to my washer. This business does not return calls. The technician arrived a week after the part was ordered with a defective part. A second part (since the defective part could not be used) was ordered.  The morning after the second part was due to arrive, three customer service representatives for the washing machine manufacturer informed me that the part was delivered to Extreme Appliance the day before by UPS. The technician claimed the part never arrived. He also claimed not to be able to reach anyone with the manufacturer about it though I had no problem reaching three people there about the part. Now the manufacturer has to overnight the part directly to me and contact another company to do the warranty repair. Please avoid this business.
